Updates can only be conducted connecting a USB cable directly to the computer. Do not connect to any USB hubs. Some 3rd party cables are problematic. Best to use the cable Eventide provided. If you continue to have issues please reach out to support@eventideaudio.com and they can help troubleshoot.
