        Hello there folks,

I am mounting my own pedalboard for my sax and other instruments. My initial pedal is the Mixinglink which goes into some mono effects and also to stereo ones like the H90, finishing into a Ditto X4 Looper that should return to the Mixinglink via stereo without loosing the amplitude achieved by the stereo pedals (H90, Strymon Decco, Iridium and Ditto x4 looper). My question here is how should I Return to the pedal? I guess the From FX jack input is meant to be mono? Maybe with a double jack from the Ditto’s pedal into an stereo mini jack to the aux in? Would that work? Is the best option? The point is to get into the PA and also Headphones out without loosing the stereo image.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes, you can use a dual 1/4 to 1/8 adapter connected to the stereo mini jack for the aux in, that is the only way to get a stereo signal back into the MixingLink.

Ok thank you for the reply. I guess that then, the XLR DI/Line out gives the stereo out with just one balanced XLR cable right?

            That’s it. Thank you.

Sorry no, the aux input signal is only stereo for the headphone output jack, it will be mono on the DI output.

An alternative would be to send the stereo output of the Ditto signal directly to the PA, but you’d have to get your headphone mix from the PA or some other way.
