After installing the H9000 Gen2 update and the v3.x system, I’m observing some compatibility issues with some of my VSig algorithms.
Some of the custom algorithms work fine, and some are simply broken. In one of the more extreme cases, when these custom algorithms are loaded, the FX chain seems to crash, taking the DSP module offline. On the System Info page, the status indicates that the DSP module is not installed. Rebooting generally restores everything.
RNBO and gen~ patch imports are also not working, but this was somewhat expected. Usually, the algorithms are replaced with a “Thru” object, but sometimes they will crash, especially if it tries to load after rebooting.
For now I’ve reinstalled the Gen1 cards and restored the previous system, and everything is working as it did before.
