Hello
My blackhole pedal not work.
When power up the top two present led light on then a sound like relay diconnect the bottom two present led light on. Then do any bottom or knob not work.
What problem is it?

It sounds like the pedal may be in Update Mode.
Please download the H90 Control application here: https://www.eventideaudio.com/software/h90-control/
Then connect your Blackhole to your computer via USB and select “dot9 Update Mode” from the app (see screenshot below).
Let me know whats happens.
It’s not work show no dot9 found in update mode
Also if I choose add device it show a unknow divece in it and timeout with ID(0X71)
The Blackhole show it is a USB Composite Device in my PC.
By the way in that mode have some clue.
When the power up the top 2 preset LED will light then the middle LED then the bottom 2 LED light.
And active button and freeze button light. If push the active botton the active LED will close.
