The Global controls accept CC messages, but there is no command for Kill Dry on/off.

Kill Dry has a global setting for Presets or Program. If you set Global Kill Dry to On, then your Progam will always have kill dry on if the parameter is set to Global. I’ve attached a screenshot that shows the Program kill dry set to global.

You can adjust the global Kill Dry setting by going to System > Global on the pedal: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.11.4/content/system-menu/global.html
