Purchased a new Eventide MicroPitch pedal. Cioks power supply, patch cords, guitar, amp, everything else in signal channel all functional. The pedal is set to mono, which is correct, and also tried on guitar signal input and line level input. Everything lights up and the switches respond like expected. The momentary/latching button lights up and responds as expected. Same with the secondary button. There is no change to the sound no matter what settings the knobs are on. This has been tested with the mix both at 50/50 although the way through completely wet. Even with the delay knobs maxed there are no repeats regardless of feedback settings. Tried to connect to PC using Eventide Device Manager. Using Windows 11. PC makes the normal “device connected” sound when plugged in but the software does not recognize it. Have power cycled and disconnected reconnected pedal. Very disappointing with a brand new device. What should I try next?
