Hello,
I’ve moved your comments to a new topic, I’m not sure if you are experiencing the same issue as the other user and it is best for me to troubleshoot the issues separately to resolve the issue.
That image shows that your software has not been updated.
What happens when you try the Recovery mode update? Do you get an error message? https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.12.5/content/appendix/startup.html#recovery-mode
Are you using Mac or Windows?

Hello! It’s not working. I did this all steps:
Connect your H90 to your computer via USB
Boot the pedal into Recovery Mode: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.10.7/content/appendix/startup.html#recovery-mode
You should see a drive on your desktop labeled “H90 Pedal”
Delete the contents of that drive
Empty your computer’s trashcan
Download the .os file from the following link, then drag it to the “H90 Pedal” drive: https://downloads.eventide.com/audio/firmware/h90/h90-1.12.5.os
On your Mac, go to /Library/Eventide/H90 Control/FirmwareIf you cannot find the Library/Eventide folder, follow these instructions https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020012418-Accessing-the-Hidden-User-Library-macOS
Manually copy the latest .pak, and .bam files to the “H90 Pedal” drive
Once the .os, .pak, and .bam files are all on “H90 Pedal”, eject the drive and restart the H90But pedal load without update after I did this steps. I tried in MacOs Tahoe 26.2 and Windows 11.
Recovery mode running with no problem. I delete from H90 drive all files and then copied latest .pak, and .bam. But when I restart pedal it just loads. When I open H90 Control it shows that my pedal update version is v1.12.5 but when I connect my pedal to H90 Control the system setting shows that the currently version of software is 1.11.4.24. And new algorithms not works. I can select these algorithms, but the signal remains dry, without processing by the algorithm.

Thanks for the info. Please upload a screenshot of the “H90 Pedal” drive. You can see the files on my pedal in the attachment.

I now decided to do the same thing but on a laptop with Windows and it looks like the update was installed correctly! Hallelujah! Now the new firmware version is indicated in the system settings and all the new effects work.
Thank you for your help and support!Attachments:
