        I saved a preset and the first two letters were covered by an inverted frame question mark (white box with black character “?”).

        I emailed support and their response was prompt about how to overwrite my preset using the control software. This was good except it meant I lost all my work and they haven’t explained:

        1. what caused it

        2. how to fix it without a computer

        More troubling is this bug seems not to be new as people have been reporting it for a long time.

        Any ideas for if this happens again?

          It’s a bug of some kind, happened once to me before, sent support an email and they will sort you out (maybe in a few days as it’s the holidays).
