    I think I see the confusion here. @tbskoglund provided better context that I should have with H90 Control Manual links.

    You indeed did a back up of the whole pedal, and did not export the Program List. A Program List has the extension .lst90.

    It’s important to get terminology exactly correct. I should have been more specific about what a Program List was. To that end: H90 has Program Lists, not Preset Lists. Check out the “Anatomy of a Program” diagram on pg. 1 of the QRG (https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/uploads/2022/11/H90-QRG-141360-Rev-A.pdf) to understand the difference.
