Many, many ways to do this in the the H90, @BenG.  The easiest to set up might be PolyFlex.

Map your expression pedal to Manual Flex, with the Shift value at Unison & Flex at one or two octaves up.  There are two pitch shifters, so you can use either one, or both configured in a similar way.
