True, actually the problem I have is trying to update a hardware using the Device Manager App. The hardware is the effect pedal PitchFactor Harmonizer.
I just acquired a used one from a friend and want to update it, to set all the presets and all as it comes by default.
Trying to leart how to use it.

But I realize I am writing in the wrong support thread. I think I was tired with too many windows opened trying to make work the connection with the EDM (Eventride Device Manager). I want to update software, manage preset, restore. Understand the machine inside. But it do not allow to work properly.
I’ve try to follow the troubleshooting steps related in this thread for the H90, but not succes.
