You can’t actually run Magic Mouse as a plug in inside Logic, but with Magic Mouse running make sure it is switched to MIDI mode in the preferences not SOUND and make sure EXTERNAL CLOCK SOURCE is switched OFF, then in Logic make an instrument track and load a synth of your choice then click on somewhere on Magic Mouse to activate it, it didn’t need to press record it just worked.
