Powering Eventide H90 from rack

        Hi,

        I’ve put my Eventide H90 in my rack and would also like to power it from my rack for convenience.

        My rack is powered by

         

        1x Konstant Lab Hammer (100w) 5000/2500mA

        and

        1x Konstant Lab Seventy (70W) 2500/2500mA

         

        which gives me in total  7500/5000mA

         

        I’m currently only using around 4000/2000mA so I <span style=”font-size: inherit;”>have plenty of head room.</span>

        My question so wether this cable will work for powering my Eventide:

        I see that the cable has 2.1mm socket, shile the H90 has 2.5mm, will this be an issue? If so, is it possible to switch the socket to one that is 2.5mm?

          The 2.1mm power supply will not fit correctly for the H90. I’m not familiar with that product so I can’t say whether or not it would be easy to modify it to use a 2.5mm barrel jack. I’d suggest contacting the company and seeing what they suggest, they may be able to build the correct cable for you.
