One issue and one question.
The issue: on my (just purchased, very lightly used) PitchFactor, sometimes I hear what sounds like the stereo field collapsing to mono. For instance on the Octaver. using only the 1 octave down voice, there seems to be a natural stereo spread to the output but I’m finding I hear it suddenly become very mono, then back to stereo again. Is this a known issue?
The question: on algorithms with two separate voices, if I have the Pitch Mix in the middle the two voices seem to be hard panned left and right. Is there any way to rein this in to have less or no stereo spread? It can seem a little extreme through headphones to have, say, a low octave coming only thru the left side and a high octave only thru the right. It’d be nice to narrow the field or disable stereo without having to repatch. Any deep secret settings to control this?
Thanks!
