I just purchased this and was surprised to have this problem. I was advised by Eventide that I can use a prior firmware and they have no timeline on an update to fix. They said it was being worked on. I really love the pedal but this and the incompatibly with my power supply made this a poor experience. Not expected for a high end pedal. Hopefully it will be fixed soon and hopefully I dont blow up the pedal trying various solutions. Eventide will not reply to me for the advice i asked for.
