New 2nd H90 can’t register

        I just bought a second h90 new and when I went to add it on my macOS m4 Mac mini using the latest H90Control v1.9.15 for osx it will not let me download the update or register the brand new in a box never been opened unit. I keep getting “Software Release Service Error”. I have also tried using a windows and the same issue is happening. Is there no other way to register this unit or what am I missing?

          Sorry for the issues you are having. Please email support@eventideaudio.com and provide your serial number and we’ll be able to resolve the issue there.

            FYI. Eventide support was able to resolve my issue and my h90 is up and running. Thanks again James.
