Yeah, I did that.  I’ve gotten the same reply, twice.  Problem is…nothing shows up in either of the ilok names that ilok themselves told me that I had to create – one for the demo – again for when I purchased the plugin fully.  I am familiar with the ilok software.  The module shows zero in every possible column regarding what “should” exist.  If I try to register the plugin (again), it tells me that I already did it.  It doesn’t matter which username I select…….there’s no license showing.

Again, I feel like having three websites involved is the real issue.  Newfangled made the plugin – Eventide controls the purchase – ilok controls if / how I get a license and deploys it.  All the while, I do have emails that tell me what my license is, what my order / invoice number is – I still have no option to manually place my license number, either way.  The control of if it exists or not seems rather an automated by whomever else option, only.
