Question for the brain trust, as you two are much more familiar with Volante & the demo videos.

Am I being too picky about ‘morphing’ through the incremental settings on the Spacing control?  With a tape emulation, that implies (to me) that the shifting heads induce a ‘bending’ effect.

‘Crossfading’ seems to be the more accurate term for Spacing behavior.  Compare to actively moving a Head Div control.  That’s something I haven’t heard (in very limited demo listens).

Regardless, I’m exploring some promising options on the latter.  ‘Morphing’ is easy (being pedantic).
