Yes, thanks for the clarifications.  I’m not specifically looking to recreate the Spacing control, but I did want to know what it is, and what it is not.

As for the percentage offsets, yes-yes-yes(-yes).  I’d been toying with a similar idea.  Ganging together Head Div controls on a HotKnob, confined to limited ranges of %, + and -.  Along the lines of my ‘groove’ comment earlier, for lagging or leading the beat.

Settling down to a couple of options for real-time manipulation.  I’m working out the latest idea now, which seems better than the initial ones that I tried.
