H9 Release 1.3.0
This release enables Bluetooth functionality for your H9 Harmonizer Gen 2!
Please update Eventide Control to the latest version first, and then update your pedal’s software.
Bluetooth Support
Users can now:
• Connect and pair with a Bluetooth host device
• Control the H9 wirelessly with Eventide Control (macOS/iPadOS, requires Eventide Control 2.2+)
• Send standard MIDI to the H9 via Bluetooth (macOS/iPadOS/iOS)
Notes
• This release contains an internal firmware update – the first reboot after installation will take a while as the firmware is updating. Do not unplug or power off your H9 during the update.
• Bluetooth is inherently slower than USB for data transmission – for situations where maximum speed and reliability is required, the USB connection is preferred
• Please see the H9 user manual for system requirements and setup assistance
Additional Features
• Allow PC+CC messages: load a preset via PC message followed by parameter adjustments via CC message from a MIDI controller
• Transmit expression pedal and aux switch inputs as MIDI CCs to external devices
• Force Mono
