        my TimeFactor is stuck on the ‘BAD !!!’ and Update screen continuous loop. When I try to recover it using the Direct Updater via USB, it crashes at 21% with ‘Error -3’. I need to flash using MIDI to bypass the USB buffer overrun, but I need the raw firmware file to do this manually as the midi connection in the updater doesnt detect the pedal. Could someone please send me the standalone TimeFactor 5.2.0[6].efw file? I have tried Eventide Device Manager and Direct Uploader without success. I emailed support but they havent gotten back to me.  Thanks very much

          I’m sorry you’re having an issue.  This sounds like a problem with the unit’s hardware.  Our support team didn’t see anything in the system from your registered email, but if you want to send another email to support@eventideaudio.com they should be able to let you know what your repair options are.
