I would clock off the Lynx2. In my setup I'm using the Lynx AES16 cards. But everything is clocked off my master converter Apogee AD-16X so everything's in sync when routing signals digitally. Things start to get more complicated when you have a bunch of digital equipement and signal routing. Issues arise with introducing "Jitter" into the signal and studios use a master clock generator like Apogee's Big Ben or other dedicated clocking source. Just remember one master clock and you'll be fine but choose the best clock amongst your gear as the source 😉
