We'll take a look at the problem. You do mention testing with HarPeggiator, were your problems limited to the display, or were you experiencing problems with the audio as well? The reason I ask is because when Midi Clock is on, HarPeggiator is actually driven off the midi clock messages themselves as opposed to the recovered tempo value. This is because it's more like a sequencer which increments to the next step every tick.
