Your Glass Nexus appears to have an automatic MIDI Thru function – "MIDI messages sent to Glass Nexus will be echoed to the MIIDI Out jack."

So, you can connect it's MIDI out to TF's MIDI in. Set the two devices to different receive channels if necessary.
