Hi,
I do not know what specification PSU is supplied with the TimeFactor in the US.
Most of Europe is bewteen 220-240 volts AC, so the PSU would need to be ok to run at these voltages even with an adapter.
It should tell you on the actual adapter what input voltages it will work with.
Alternately you could use a 1spot with the L6 adapter, they work worldwide.
