Unfortunately it can't, but the effects sound so good I'd bet you'll be able to dial up plenty o fsettings where you wouldn't really need a chorus and a flanger at the same time.
But, if you have a timefactor or a pitchfactor also you can dial up some very nice chorus or leslie type effects which you could use in conjunction with the modfactor.
