That is a pretty general question and it's difficult to know where the problem is coming from based on what you wrote. Some initial things to check are, did you connect the devices correctly with MIDI cables? Did you set the MIDI channels to match between devices? Are you sure that the GigRig is sending MIDI Program change messages?
