We have no exact specification. Such latency as there is is mainly produced by the digital filtering in the converters, and will vary with sampling rate, component versions, etc. It is typically in the order of a few (meaning 2 or 3) milliseconds.
Someone could measure it precisely, but it would probably not be the same for all units. The important thing is that it is low enough to usually be of no account.
