Great, thanks so much! I Because of you instructions, if just figured I was not using the BACK button after selecting/loading the preset. It now works great!! 
I've had a bunch multi-effects and pedals over the years and I thought nothing could get my blood flowing but this H9 thing totally does! The software is really done right!
