I run it a bit early. Currently I have compression and an overdrive pedal in front of it. The position of compression could change and come after it, I'm undecided on that. I definitely want at least one overdrive or distortion in front of it, and I probably will place a second in front of it as well (I have 5 of those in my chain). At times I would want a clean signal coming into the Pitchfactor, at other times not. Other non-distortion effects definitely come after the Pitchfactor, I am pretty convinced that is the way to go in that regard.
