Well, this is the first time we've had a report of the active switch led failing, and the screen failing also only happened with a few units. If you haven't already, could you send an email to support@eventide.com? One of my colleagues will have a better idea than I whether this is a bad coincidence or whether unstable power could cause this to happen.
