I've followed the instructions and downloaded the software to use with my Pitchfactor. It required me to update the pedal's firmware, which wiped all my presets!
Your better software updaters are able to do an update without touching saved data, and if they can't I expect a warning to appear telling me to back everything up. In this case there was nothing, just instructions on how to do the update and telling me how great it was going to be, and now all my patches are gone. Pretty disappointed.
