i do apologize for my frustration and I really do appreciate you opening a dialogue with me in hopes of getting this resolved.
"One option would be to have a SYSTEM mode command to make it auto-calibrate, and out of system mode it would be fixed."
This seems like a great idea, kind of best of both worlds. Having a "fixed" option once the pedal was calibrated would definitely do the trick.
I'll check back to see if/how things are progressing.
