Found a good transformer (1000ma) so enough power there.  Unfortunately it didn't make any difference. 

It's great that you found a transformer.  It's disappointing to hear that you're still having the problem.  It would be good to go ahead and reinstall the software again as a last ditch attempt, but it's sounding like we're going to need to take a look at your H9.  The problems that you are describing don't normally happen when using Bluetooth, and I think we're going to need to look at the hardware.  If you want to send an email to support@eventide.com with a link to this forum thread, we can get that sorted out.


By the way, the voucher that came with the unit does that expire at midnight?

The voucher that comes with the unit never expires.
