Reply To: PitchFactor Preset Programming: “Other” Effects

I've tried to install the Preset in my PitchFactor pedal following this method :

– I've download your files.

– H9 Control with my PF connected : I go to the "Settings" and "Import Preset or preset lists". I select one file and the answer is : "No data imported ! No presets or preset lists were found to import".

Maybe you know a better way to do it ?
