spent hours and hours on trying to fix it. bought 4 different BT dongles at all price ranges, tried every possible settings including direct com ports and nothing. the control just wont connect..would to know what the developer thinks….thanks
Ok, we just talked about the issue. I just wanted to verify though that you looked through the instructions for connecting via Bluetooth on Windows in the user manual, went through the steps as they were described there, and they didn't work for you?

I think what we might do if H9 Control isn't able to find a device connected via Bluetooth automatically on Windows sometimes is give people a way to manually specify a COM port where it should look for the device just as we allow people to manually specify a MIDI port where it should look for a device.
