i updated my TF using the eventide update utility to beta 75 … before that H9 was showing me an 5.0 production update – now i'm getting redirected to the direct updater wich doesn't find any of my eventide devices
So, what are you trying to do? Your TimeFactor is up to date. It has the latest bam. Now, you want to update your H9 to the latest release? With the H9 you can also update it with H9 Control instead of the Direct Updater. If neither of those are seeing your H9, please send an email to support@eventide.com and let us know what OS you are on. We might need to send you yet another updater.
