Maybe… But also see if there's a way to see connected devices. Sometimes it's via a bluetooth icon in the window's taskbar, usually with a right click.
But also make sure that the H9 is not too far away. Most dongle will say up to 30 feet, but this is under IDEAL circumstances (never happen). In my case the H9 has to be within 5 feet of the dongle. If it's further away my PC may find it but it will be unresponsible most of the time.
