The H9 didn't appear in the "devices" area. But it is connected and pairs, even will reject an invalid PIN. So I know its connected. I went back into services, and if i start the microsoft bluetooth service, then I can right click on the StarTech icon in hardware devices, and go to bluetooth settings. Then I find the port tab you mentioned, click on outgoing or ingoing, but all of the drop downs are empty . there is no place to change a setting.
