A "Don't Show This Again" tick box would help. I can understand why the verifications would be there, but it's easy enough to tell when you're not connected. In Win 8.1, it takes 'forever' for the (four) error dialogs to pop up.
Adding a "Don't show again" option seems reasonable enough…
