While I was a bit miffed that I had to reset my Cookie Monster avatar, I’m more troubled by the fact that when I check my registered products, either at my profile page or in the H9 Control, I get the following error message: “Could not connect to Eventide’s web services. It’s not possible to show your registered products at this time. For further assistance, please contact Eventide support at firstname.lastname@example.org.”
