I haven`t gotten my H9 to connect. It`s paired, but the Control APP will not recognize it. It did on my previous laptop, but no dice on the new one.
Did looking through the user guide help with your pairing problem? If you’re still having trouble, let me know what operating system you’re on, and if you’re on Windows, what Bluetooth dongle you’re using. Windows in particular can be finicky, mainly because the different Bluetooth dongles can have driver problems on different Windows machines.
