This is probably one of three things:
1) There is a key stuck down. Either turn the wheel to "Test Front", then hit select and uit should tell you which key it is, or push all the keys a few times to shake it loose.
2) The software is corrupted. You should be able to update it by following the instructions on the 7600 page.
3) It has some unknown hardware problem and will need to be serviced.
