Re- the tuner :

I may have cried victory a little too soon ! Going down to 124 on the MIDI Mouse does bring up the word tuner in the Pitch’s screen but.. i just plugged my bass & tried it & it doesn’t work nor can i access it by pressing anything further on the pedal itself – any clues why this could be happening ? Maybe some setting on the H9 app ?
