Are you aware that the Bluetooth communication with H9s is only good for a distance of 1 to 2 feet? Usually only one foot. I often I have to move my H9s to within 8 to 10 inches of the Bluetooth dongle in the USB port of my tower to get Bluetooth connectivity. The only workaround is to get a male-to-female USB extension cable, plug your Bluetooth dongle into it, and place the dongle on the end of the cable. Others have tried active USB hubs to boost the signal to and from the dongle. So, even if your computer is recognizing your H9 via bluetooth, it may not transmit data back and forth farther than a few inches.
