Is it possibly a ‘model/manufacturing date’ problem ?
As has been mentioned in other forum support threads, getting an “invalid serial” has caused issues. and having the internal serial wiped during the process is definitely something, and could that create a communication error betwixt the Active switch and the whole of the pedals OS.
