You should be able to go to the vsigfile.exe that you are running, and in the same folder will be a folder called LIBRARY. Within this will be the supermodule file. Delete it.
Alternatively, maybe this is what you are doing. If so, try renaming the LIBRARY folder and starting Vsig. If you still see the library supermodule, you may be looking in the wrong place.
