You want to save the presets off of the H9 you're returning and then transfer those presets to the new unit? Click the preset lists button in H9 Control's menubar with your H9 connected. Click on the icon representing your H9 in the left hand side bar, and then click the 'Save to computer' button in the top bar. That will save the presets off of your H9 to your computer (or iPad or whatever…).
When you have your new H9, you'll want to go to this same screen, select the preset list you saved, and press the 'Save to Pedal' button in the top bar to save that list onto your new H9.
