Given the limitations of Dropbox, all you can really do is click around and look for TimeFactor in the folder name, e.g.
Eventide Patches for FactorLib/6_22_2014/Timefactor
Eventide Patches for FactorLib/joe krueger h9 and factor presets/joe's h9 presets/TimeFactor
