Hi, Timefactor MultiTap will be the closest … off the top of my head maybe try ultratap it may also get that vibe too.

 

if the modulation is not to your taste then you could pair the secod H9 adding some wow and flutter.

 

If you can send me the settings you use on El Cap…. I can see if I can be more specific
